Loomin Solutions began its journey in April 2024 as a nonprofit consulting firm and government contractor. Under the leadership of founder Ryan Fitzgibbons, the company quickly gained traction, seeing significant growth in monthly revenue and clientele within just three months. However, as we worked closely with small nonprofits and community organizations, we recognized a pattern of common challenges that extended far beyond what traditional consulting could address. This realization sparked a pivotal transformation in our mission and approach.

In June 2024, Ryan made the bold decision to pause client acquisition and pivot our focus towards developing comprehensive solutions for the systemic issues plaguing small nonprofits. This shift was driven by a vision to create lasting change in the nonprofit sector, moving beyond individual consulting engagements to build a platform that could empower thousands of organizations simultaneously. Our experience as federal contractors and our deep understanding of nonprofit operations became the foundation for an innovative marketplace concept – one that would bridge the gap between small nonprofits and the resources they desperately need.
